this started as a school project to learn processing. my goal was to give sounds their own mind and the would interfere becouse of their need to group. you see 3 different kinds of boids. each species has its own characteristics. and every boid has its own set of genes. the “listener” is the mouse. the audio is a bit dull so far, im working on it in supercollider.

As I’m on Ubuntu Hardy Heron (and Linux in general) I’m not able to run the standard Processing Capture. Testing GSCapture wasn’t on top of my “todo list” but when I saw this great program (http://www.vimeo.com/1163538) I downloaded the GSCapture package and tried to manipulate pixels… In few lines of code you can have this cheap result. I don’t want to go further because this is not my project !
